Pine Hills


Pine Hills is one of the few neighborhoods in Atlanta that straddle the Dekalb and Fulton county lines. This means that the neighborhood has 2 different sets of schools for elementary, middle and High. That means that if you are looking for a home in Pine Hills and are wanting to be in a specific school district be careful and do you homework.

The Pine Hills neighborhood started life as a dairy farm and was developed in the mid-1950's. It is one of the few swim tennis neighborhoods available in this part of North Atlanta. The topography of the neighborhood is very hilly and finding a flat lot is sometimes difficult. Homes in Pine Hills range from tears downs in the high 300’s to Million dollar estates in the 1.5 range.
